我人四相

The four ejects of the ego in the <Diamond Sutra>:

(1) [lang id =1028]我相 the illusion that in the five (sa) skandhas there is a real ego;

(2) [lang id =1028]人相 that this ego is a man, and different from beings of the other paths;

(3) [lang id =1028]衆生相 that all beings have an ego born of the five (sa) skandhas;

(4) [lang id =1028]壽相 that the ego has age, i.e. a determined or fated period of existence.

一、 我相， 即在五蘊法中執著有一個實在的我， 有我之所有； 二、 人相， 因為執著有實在的我， 站在我的立場， 就稱他人為人； 三、 眾生相， 與我對待的眾生不止一個， 所有人及非人的差別相， 是為眾生相； 四、 壽者相， 即在一期的生命中， 執著壽命的長短。
